This one of a kind piece of Canadian-made vintage can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. The angora wool blend makes this the most comfortable, soft to the touch maxi dress you’ve ever felt, and the stretch allows for great movement. Dress it up with sparkly accessories or down with a brown boot and chunky scarf. Fully-lined, it is clear that this dress is incredibly well made luxury item. Please note there is a small 1 cm hole in the knit at the shoulder, it can be repaired very easily with a needle and thread. tallpoppydesign @theduck7 hello! Thanks for your patience :). I measured the hips and added a photo with the measurement to the listing (bad lighting - sorry!). Hips are 23 1/2 inches. Garment has stretch (both lining and knit). The pleating means that the skirt falls slightly loose from the waist. Note that it tapers slightly in again at the bottom.
