Elie Tahari blue taffeta puffer jacket. Polyester taffeta with down fill. Cropped style with 3/4 sleeves. Down baffles are inside. Bell sleeves. Pristine condition. I wore it as an evening jacket with a full midi tulle skirt but also perfect for daytime.
