Retro styled dress. Fold over top neckline, wide straps, fitted waist, elasticized top of back for a fitted look, bow tie, pockets, full circle skirt. Size says XL, fits more like a large / 12-14. Worn once but felt it was too short for me. Sad to see this one go. Pit to pit: 19” - 22” fully stretched from the back elastic Waist: 18” Hips: Free Skirt Length: 22.5”
