Evan Picone Black Dress With Pleated Skirt

Sleeveless black dress with turquoise band in middle and at pleated hem. Fabric has weight and with the pleats it moves nicely. Flattering scoop neckline with collar at the back. Top is snug but has stretch and a side zipper. The middle turquoise band sits just below the chest. There are clips to keep bra straps in place. This dress is classic and well designed. Size 12.
