For the Love Of • Secondhand Studios Statement: During a time where small businesses are suffering through the Canadian Union Of Postal Workers (CUPW) collective bargaining negotiations, Poshmark sellers have not been provided with alternative shipping options through different mail providers (e.g., USPS/FedEx/Purolator). As a direct result to Poshmark Canada's lack of finding timely solutions during the holiday season, we are currently unable to ship out any orders that are purchased through Poshmark Canada until the CUPW mediations are concluded and Canada Post operations resume. Although the strike has equally impacted us, For the Love Of • Secondhand Studios stands in solidarity with CUPW and all postal workers. We unequivocally support postal workers' demands for fair compensation and pension, for stronger public workplace protections, and for improved public services and delivery models at Canada Post offices across Turtle Island.✊🏼 --- Please refer to the comments section for FAQs during the postal strike period. ftlo_studios FAQs: • What happens if I make an order during the Canada Post strike?: If you make an order during the Canada Post strike on Poshmark, your order will not be able to be received by Canada Post until their operations resume. All purchases made during the strike will be held until the strike mandate is lifted.

ftlo_studios • What if I want to make an order for a holiday gift?: We are offering flexibility to customers to make sure they receive orders for the holiday season. We encourage connecting with our studios' page to make other arrangements in the interim if interested in one or more of our items.

ftlo_studios • What happens to my order if it was made before the strike and is stuck/delayed?: We anticipate that once Canada Post operations resume, orders will continue routing to their destinations. In the event that your order is lost or has been delayed/held up in the routing process longer than expected following Canada Post’s mandate to return to work, we welcome working under the Poshmark Purchase Protection program to ensure a refund is provided.
