This piece is in very good used condition. It has open shoulders and details at the neck line for added appeal. This piece has two layers. The first piece is a layer of the crinkle fabric. The second layer consists of a navy blue lining with a band of crinkle fabric on the bottom. The bottom hems are rounded. The back has a fastener to minimize the width of the top. Or you can remove it and enjoy the roominess. It has a wide neck collar, which will sit low on the shoulders. This can be washed at home and requires some special handling to maintain the crinkle fabric. It wrinkles easily, but that is part of its appeal.
