Feathery shift dress

A most unusual dress with feathers like all over it. Side pocket on each side. It’s missing the label and the size label as well as the fabric content. I am guessing it’s a size 10. I’ve never worn but I love its shape and unusualness. I once saw this dress in a store and it was very expensive.
