Floral flutter sleeve faux wrap dress XL midi

Beautiful, flowy flutter sleeve dress in a size XL. Pretty floral pattern with a ruffled wrap style skirt. Fully lined with a snap at the bust to keep things in place. Comfortable stretch waistband. In excellent condition, clean and non smoking. Unfortunately the waist tie is missing, the dress has 2 loops on the waist that could be used with another tie or belt, or removed.
