elliietmilne @sophers95 I am a size 26 and it fits me! It is high waisted and the narrowest dimension lying flat (right around the waist) is 13 inches. I also looked at the forever 21 website it recommends Size Small for 26-27 waist... I think it might be too small for a 27 imo.
