telitabobita @landersdonna there is no label stating the material. The tag does not say but I can assure you they are definitely cotton...The stretch bands are unknown but very close to that..THEY ARE BRAND NEW Hope this helps. So sorry it took me so long. I have MS and was sick... Then They were in the last bin here... can you please let me know either way? I will leave them out for now😊
