GUESS Cage Strappy Back Halter Tank Top Aqua

Guess aqua stretchy cage back top. The little metal hardware can slide to move the design on the back. Can synch it to more of a halter top or move it to wear as a tank top. Size XXS but fits more like an XS. Waist is 11” lying flat, length is 23”. New condition except fabric content tag remved. Metal details on the back still have plastic on them .
