Absolutely gorgeous NWT Gracia dress. This dress is navy blue with white polka dots. Pleated skirt with crinoline for a nice full skirt. Back hidden zipper Includes panels at pit area with built in bust liner with some elastic at pit line. 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex outer shell. In new condition with no rips, holes or stains.
