lexyin Hi I've seen on the site here that if purchases made with an offer i cannot cancel it. i sent a message to customer service , didn't get no response as yet. is it possible that you decline the offer on this bag or is it too late ? i can only buy the other bag now this one. its my daughter she didn't know and understand she was making a purchase.
