H&M black belted shift dress

H&M black belted shift dress, size 4 but I’d say it fits more like an XS because there is no stretch to the fabric at all. In good preloved condition with some white residue on it and an example is provided in the photos (I think it’s from my washing machine! Would likely come out in a handwash). 8/10
