Handcrafted Jamaican Woven Basket - Natural and Teal

This very handcrafted (in Jamaica) woven basket features a beautiful natural and green/ teal design. The man in the past photo is the lovely gentleman who made it and lives in the mountains of Jamaica and is my friend's Uncle. He collects the materials in "the bush" and dyed the green himself. I would love to sell it so that I can support him again next time I go by purchasing another. Perfect for beautiful storage, a fruit basket, or even going to the farmers market. It combines style and functionality, as it is very strong and could carry heavy items without worry of breaking at all, as it's made for function. Add a touch of artisanal charm to your home. My Jamaican friend has had a couple for many years despite her using it to carry items here and there. I do also have one without the green, which is a touch smaller.
