Absolutely a wonderful cook book,history of the Del Coronado along with recipes for every event,including the menu served for celebrities, royalty,presidents, Zaza Gabour,Marilyn Monroe and more. Nostalgic photographs of the history of the over 100 years of the hotel. In good used condition. shows signs of wear,& slight discolouration (see photo's) pls note that this was a thrifted item. I copied my favourite recipes and am now passing it along. Trivia note: The hotel Del Coronado was the first hotel in the United States to have electricity 💡
