Italian embroidered granny lock close purse and coin purse

I'm not sure if this is vintage or if it's made to seem like it's vintage. tag inside says La Marquise. made or the finest Italian tapestry. no other composition tags. unsure if it's real leather. metal clasp to hold it shut. very sturdy. inside has 1 zipper pocket and one bill fold type pocket 13 inches at longest (widest?) point. 9 inches tall. 2 inches wide across the bottom area. handle is 15 inches long. coin purse attached. 3 inches tall 5 inches wide. features a kiss lock.
