J. Jill Black Crushed Velvet Midi Skirt

Beautiful tiered velvet midi skirt in a rich dark chocolate brown (almost black, but not quite). In excellent condition, no noticeable flaws. Waist is approximately 29.5 inches, and the length is about 38. The waistband has some stretch, but the fabric does not, and sadly this is too tight in the hips for me, or I wouldn't be letting it go :(
