The dress is black, sleeveless, and has frills at the bust portion and a smooth torso with more frills starting at the hips. Fully lined. It flows really nicely and gently around the body curves and the belt is loose somewhere between the waist and the hips. It's really elegant but can also be worn in informal circumstances.
