Judith McCann Vtg 40s Wingback Crystal Chandelier Earrings

Stunning large vintage retro wingback earrings. Large marquise, round and emerald cut crystals in outstanding vintage condition. UnSigned Judith McCann (signed ‘Wingback Pat 241438’) and manufactured during the 1940s maybe 50’s. Wearing instructions for wingback earrings are as follows. The stem and the wing ("Y" part) should not be engaged. The wing slips over the narrowest part of the ear edge in front while the stem stays behind the ear. Slip the earrings down so that the wing ("Y" part) sits on top of the earlobe and the stem is left behind the ear. See picture of an original ad for a visual context. H29
