Khaki Olive Green Frilly Miniskirt

EUC. A frayed thread (pictured) but I think that's the general style of the skirt. There is a loose thread by the seam but easily fixable. Size 8. An olive/khaki green colour with golden yellow flowers on the bottom ruffle. 13.5" from top to bottom. 17" waist across.
