Laurentian Pottery Vintage 1960s Fat Lava Glaze Escargot Dishes

A pair of vintage French escargots dishes from Laurentian Pottery, Saint Jerome, Quebec. The glaze was designed to mimic the West German style of "Lava Glaze". Dark chocolate brown base, covered with a rich creamy yellow fat lava glaze. • 5" diameter x 1.5" high • 2" handle • 6 escargot spots each • Mold 533 • Embossed on bottom • Made in Canada Excellent condition from smoke and pet free home. There are bubbles though out the surface of both pieces. They are not damage.
