Super lightweight blouse with a built in tie at the neck by Ellen Tracy in US Small. Would likely fit medium as well. Black with a floral print in purple, white, and red. The chiffon fabric is just slightly see-through and might need a cami under. Ruffles and a button at the cuffs. Size small, with approximately 20" width ptp and just under that at waist. 24.5" length in front and 27.5" in back (from neckline).
