Little Black Dress t-shirt dress

Hits below the knee. T-shirt material with a bit of stretch. Excellent condition (only worn once). Fits like a small or a fitted medium. This is probably 10 years old (been packed in my clothing storage), back when Forever 21 quality was decent!
