This blouse has a pretty pattern with white starbursts that look like polka dots from afar. Front has a pleat detail best shown in the first picture. Tags have been cut out, but it is mixed fabric silky drape-y material on the front and a stretchy black cotton for the sleeves and back. Fits like a small.
