Long patched skirt w/flowery&polka dots dominant blue w/purple & black prints

Real patches from a designer famous for her boho relaxed outfits for women with a flair for originality. This is one of the nicest I have seen from her. I had the dress from the same line which I sold in a breeze. Vintage from the 1990’s. During Canada Post strike, possibility of meeting in Ottawa and Montreal. See close up for details of prints. Polka dots are either black or light blue (none is white: if you see any, it is because of camera distortion). Background to the flowers or dots are royal blue, purple or black. Hues vary with light.
