Lovely Girl Black Textured Sleeveless Dress

Stylish black dress with a satiny material. Features embroidered trim in silver thread. This would be a nice holiday party dress. There are loops for buttons at the bottom of the dress, but it never had buttons when I bought it (as depicted in photos). The empire waist is a very flattering fit for this style of dress. It has a zipper on the side and is 16” pit to pit.
