koshfinds @dawn395 yes the pocket is large enough to fit a debit card. I have attached a picture in the listing to illustrate that. there are no snaps to make it circular. It is a large square shape scarf that you can style like I have in the picture make it circular. I have another organe and Blue Lululemon scarf listed in my closet that has snaps on it, if that's the style you prefer. Cheers!
