heathers_styles @alicia_simoes86 whats the issue with the clasp? on the first, middle or last hook? Or is it the clasp you need to hook on the hook?

alicia_simoes86 @hmayfield83 there's hooks and clasps. The one missing is the hooks. The hooks are replaceable. all she clasps are fine. please refer to the photos.
