MID-CENTURY SERVING TRAY Round Hand Painted Vintage

Vintage hand painted tray as pictured. Surface is painted, and the vases have raised, applied detail. It seems to be made of a lightweight metal or possibly hard plastic, but there is a small spot of missing paint on back and it appears to metallic underneath. I don't believe the surface is waterproof. This item is good previously owned condition with some wear, water marks, scratches, minor fading, remnants of an old label. Nice decor item to display on a wall or shelf. Measures about 10 1/2" in diameter. I have many other unique items listed in my closet.
