everythinginluv @mag_37 How was the top washed? Was it dry cleaned or washed in water? Cold water warm water or hot water? Washing clothes often face the original colour that’s why I ask. I want to know the true condition of the material as it’s difficult to see in the pictures, how does the top material look compared to the bottom material? Is it slightly faded and not as sheen and shiny as the original Skirt material that has been unwashed

mag_37 @everythinginluv it was only hand washed in cold water once. The material is not shiny, it’s cotton poplin. I don’t see that the colour has faded.

everythinginluv @mag_37 Cotton Sateen. If it’s a long fiber, has a cotton satin look to it, which is a more shiny vibrant cotton, not shiny like silk, but cottons do and can have a shiny look to them vibrancy this is what I’m looking for. to understand the condition of the fabric. I also have several dresses from Matteau Purchase New and worn with tags , so I’m familiar with the original state of the material as I have them in my closet and the anglaise dress i have has not been washed

everythinginluv @mag_37 thank you for letting me know. I would like to see it. Where can I view it? I really like the style of this, but I’m just not sure about the black. I’m fair skinned with green blue eyes and dark blonde hair black often looks quite harsh on me if it were navy blue or pastelor caramel, I would have bought it immediately
