Maxi length wrap Kilt in like new condition. Beautiful crisp pleats on the back of the skirt with a mild fringe down the side. Made in Scotland nlby Moffat Weavers. Measurements Waist is adjustable. Kilt is wrap style with interior velcro closure and outer attached belts. So would fit from a flat lay measurement of 14.5 to 15.5 inches. Length is 41 inches Stunning for winter!
