Meditation Yoga Armrest for Self Realization Fellowship Handcrafted India

This yoga meditation armrest, which was handcrafted in India, is designed to assist in the practice of the Aum Technique of Meditation, which is taught in the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons. The simple and functional armrest consists of three pieces that are easy to assemble and take apart for travel and storage.The piece is wooden and is a natural wood colour. The center brace adjusts easily. A padded carrying case with zipper closure and adjustable shoulder strap is included. This piece is in very good preowned condition.
