I did not realize I could send a separate private message to you, this is my second purchase, and I don’t care about the scratches or the bottoms, but I do care about the heel ding and do not appreciate that it was implied I put it there. I thought you notify and go through a discussion via the acceptance of the package.

alcarreras @marisalm thank you. Unfortunately there are no cobblers close to me as the bulk of them flooded in the town I live during Harvey and would need to drive a distance. It’s with posh and both of us have a learning experience now since we’re both new. Hopefully this does not sour the relationship and can continue to happily Posh with each other!
