Hi, I am the seller that you bought the studded heels from. Im shocked to hear the shoes were mishandled during shipping. Not to mention the “crust” you said were on the strap. I don’t recall seeing that before inspecting sending the shoes off. If you would like, you can send a request to return them and I will be happy to refund you. I saddened that this mishap occurred.
