jstringer01 Hello. I’m so sorry that happened, I will gladly refund your money. I did not mail customer support and tell them to give you a refund. Otherwise, you can put them up for sell at the same price and I will buy them back.

alliedee91 @jstringer01 I emailed them. I'm not sure if they will require you to return them, since I said I received my order. This is my first time ever purchasing anything off of here. I was super bummed that they broke as soon as I tried them on. I'm not 100% sure what to do from here

jstringer01 @alliedee91 I’m so sorry that happened to you. I will glad give you a refund. I contacted customer support and advised them to give you a refund. I don’t know how long that will take. Otherwise, you can put them up for sale at the same price and I will buy them back.

jstringer01 @alliedee91 I truly do apologize. I didn’t know they were in that condition when I posted them for sale. I swear. I don’t care about you returning the shoes to me; you can just throw them out. I just want to give you your money back. I’ve never had a problem like this before either. I’m fine sending you a refund through another app. Then we could just advise customer support it was handled. Just let me know how you would like to proceed. Again, my apologies.

alliedee91 @jstringer01 ok that sounds good. If I don't hear back from them by Friday I will definitely let you know. I don't mean to be a pain, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Like I said this is the first time I've ever purchased anything through here before. I definitely am not a complainer about anything, I was just super bummed. I only got them the other day, and went to try them on just a little bit ago and they broke. I was planning on wearing them for Easter.

jstringer01 @alliedee91 You are not being a pain at all. I was in the wrong here because I should have checked them better. They have been sitting in my closet for years. I didn’t realize they had dry rotted. If nothing by Friday, I will send you the refund via an app.
