lilhibbie14 The top is stretched on the band. It cannot tighten because the at bottom of the cup it bunches up and gaps and slides up. I have a 1-2 inches gap on the bottom and cannot tie it any tighter to fix it. It's just either manufacture error or the elastic is stretched. Sorry! I work at a huge consignment shop.
