buttrflykingdom @amberdean27 Sure! If you are on a mobile device, just got your listing and click the ‘price drop’ button -> then choose Offer to likers (private) -> and then make your offer. You have to include at least a $1.50 shipping discount. This will go out to anyone who has liked that item unless you have already made them an offer that was the same or less. Hope that helps!

shopnaway @amberdean27 hello there. It can definitely be confusing. For offer to likers, simply select your item, hit the offer button. Then you have an option to private offer to likers.
