threadsbylily Hi! I see your new to this site. I have been doing Poshmark for 6 years. I’m in shock as to why you’d rate me that low. This tray was brand new, sealed in original packaging, just the same way it was delivered to me when I purchased it. It’s impossible for it to be bent !!! I have sold a few of this item and all my buyers have given a positive feedback and I know it’s impossible for something like that to have happened.

threadsbylily Your rating affects on my overall rating. As you see I shipped per Poshmark guidelines, also first thing you bought. Why would you be so negative about your first purchase, I couldn’t have done a better job. I’m very disappointed.

sessler31 @fashionlover_17 I’m not sure how it happened either. I have photos of it still in plastic. I was disappointed. That’s why I attributed it to the packaging.

threadsbylily If you rethink of your decision and hope you do. Please consider changing your rating. I work very hard to please everyone of my buyers. Also, if it was bent you could easy get your money back with proof , you just have to report to Poshmark. If something had gone wrong they would help.

threadsbylily If something is wrong with your order reach out to them before you accept the order because your low rating not rated agains the seller if case is solved by posh. But in this case you rated first before you reached out. So I’m not sure how they will help.

threadsbylily To change rating it’s under your purchases tab. If you’re using your phone your name with @ sign is all the way at the bottom right corner. Purchases, and choose this item . Pictures is easy , camera button in the middle to upload
