jaxon631 Hi Andres, this is Jeremy with the J. Crew coat you just purchased. I just realized that the handle to the zipper is missing. You can still zip and unzip the coat but it’s inconvenient. Sorry about that. If you no longer want the coat we can let the shipping time expire (I don’t think there’s a way to straight cancel the transaction).

jaxon631 @alopez094 Of course. I don’t want you to get something that doesn’t work for you. Yes, that’s correct. The jacket still zips but the zipper handle is missing. If you do still want it, I’d like to drop the price.

alopez094 @jaxon631 Poshmark support said that the best way to adjust would be for you to cancel the existing order, and then relist at the new price. Would you be able to do that when you have a chance?
