I’d be VERY happy to issue you an immediate refund ... of course! But as your reason was a little bit vague, would you mind giving me just a bit more detail as to why they disappointed you? I realize that doesn’t meet your expectations or needs, so I’d still like to fight on your behalf to get you a refund. I see the photo that you attached to your claim, but it was taken of just the outer package - not the gloves.

pumpkinlover09 (2 of 2) It confuses me why the envelope is wrapped in blue tape, because that’s not the way I gave it to the post office. It was neat and tidy and I had used clear tape. So I’m wondering if someone opened it and tampered with the contents. If you’d be able to attach additional photos and an explanation of why the gloves disappointed you, I will happily fight for your refund! :) Warmly, Annmarie In Cleveland, OH

bhumii101 @pumpkinlover09 Hi Annmarie. Thanks for reaching out. I would like to return them, simply because they are not the cashmere material I was searching for. I am not sure about the wrapping. The gloves themselves were not damaged at all. Thanks for understanding.

pumpkinlover09 Thank you for your kind note yesterday! I just emailed Customer Service to explain our situation, give my approval for a return, and ask if they could re-open our case and allow us to do a return/refund. So now we wait. If they don’t respond in a reasonable period of time, or if they deny us, we can still move forward and handle the mailing and refund on our own. Whatever you’re comfortable with. I’ll keep you posted! :)
