Hi! I'm Brandy - a teacher from PA. Some of my favorite brands are Free People, kate spade, and Sephora. I recently lost 40+ lbs and I’m trying to clear my closet out of my favorite plus size pieces I can no longer wear, while adding in some new pieces that speak to me. brandylnewell @terrienewell hello fellow Newell! Honestly the only thing that worked for me ever was a prescription from my doctor called phentermine. It’s basically an appetite suppressant that I took for a few months, along with tracking my food in an app. Since stopping it I haven’t gained the weight back but I haven’t lost anything either 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s only approved for a short time period bc it can affect your blood pressure. Overall it was worth it for me. Good luck on your journey!! 🥰🥰
