kaylarae0217 Hi, I'm sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I honestly got them with some of those discoloring I also purchased some new melissa lug boots from Nordstrom and they have similar leather discolor on the sides. But I did take them to my shoe cobbler and they did oil them after they did the soles. If you want a refund I total u Der stand and you can return them. I'm super sorry

mariazamora321 @kaylarae0217 yes I did see the pictures but of course it’s not the same once you see them. Im not trying to make a big deal just a little disappointed at the fact that they look so different like they aren’t a pair. But I’m keeping them

mariazamora321 @mkoehnke sorry I just got back from the bank I went at this time cause I’m working so I went on my lunch break.. my account was closed due to fraudulent charge that the bank saw from the state of California. So they closed it down for 7 business days and are opening an investigation. I’m so sorry I really wanted your iteam but I understand if you can’t wait
