teamlicht Hi Charlene! You just purchased the INC tank top from me and as i was looking it over for shipment this morning i realized it has a hole in one of the folds of the garment! It is one that i wore and didn't notice that it had that defect! I am so so sorry! I will not ship the item and you can cancel the order for non shipment. hannahmshall @charleneemily Hi! I got a note from Poshmark saying there was an item not as described in your bundle! I have never had this happen! Was the box intact when delivered? Which item did you have an issue with?

charleneemily @hannahmshall ,...that’s not at all what I was asking about. The items were great! I was asking if I could have a refund of some sort for having to pay $8.95 additionally at the Post Office for postage due. They wouldn’t deliver the package to my home, I was told I had to pick it up at the PO and pay the $8.95. When I asked why there was an additional charge, they said the flat rate box was more money.

The upsetting part about this is usually I drop them in the box but I actually carried yours in for a receipt from the post man at the post office and made sure everything was correct! Well we will see what Posh says. I dont want you to pay of course but I want to show them my receipt from the postal desk. 😊 the message I got said items were not as described but it did say I could submit documents after they reviewed it. Hopefully they resolve soon and

charleneemily @hannahmshall ...sorry to scare you, but they have no categories that cover this sort of thing. Love my purchases, just not crazy about paying postage due. I sent them a photo of my receipt from the post office along with a detailed explanation. I knew something was wrong when it took til today to get the box.

hannahmshall @charleneemily I totally understand. That makes sense about the categories. I am upset with the post office here! I specifically was trying to be proactive by going to the desk to make sure that did not happen! I also don't know why it would have been the amount you had already paid PLUS another $9. You shouldn't even have to be dealing with this.
