christieaveitch @sirthriftalot hi, UPS Tracking on the owl sweater still shows "scan pending." Any chance you have a receipt with a tracking number and can ask them why this package is seemingly not moving through the system at all? It's been over a week.

sirthriftalot @christieaveitch I dropped it in he box near my house last Monday. I was out of town and I soon as I got home I printed it. I have no clue what could have happened. I really apologize! 😩 I am going to put in a claim or see what else I can do to try and located the package.

sirthriftalot @christieaveitch I am unsure of what is happening at the moment I am trying to figure out the same thing. I have kept in contact with you letting you know I was unsure of where the package ended up. I shipped it the last Monday. I cancelled the order so it will refund your money due to not knowing where the package ended up. If the package makes it back to me I will be more than happy to ship it back out. I apologize as it is out of my control.

christieaveitch I received the refund. May I suggest that if you drop a package at a counter they have to generate and give you a tracking number rather than you dropping it in a nameless box? Also, next time you cancel an order giving a reason other than "Other" would give me more information. Finally, maybe let me know you were canceling so I would be less confused when I received that notice.
