Hello, I’ve been trying to message you. I’m not sure if you’re getting them. Your eyeshadow palette is in the DVD box. I wrapped it up and put it in there for protection so it wouldn’t break during shipment, therefore you did not get shipped out the wrong item. I use the box just for protection so your eyeshadow palette wouldn’t break.
