Your purchase will be in the mail tomorrow. I live in Decaturville, TN that was hit hard by 100 mile an hour winds last weekend. It was declared a State disaster area. I have not had power for 10 days now. So I drive into a nearby city Realtor, and have them help me down load the label. In between I use my iPhone “air time” to communicate with buyers, Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. But...I am so happy you made a purchase.

I am writing to inform your package went to the mailbox yesterday but in my SALES account it does not show it was shipped. I contacted the post office in Parsons, TN, giving them the tracking number on my receipt. Upon investigation I must have put the wrong buyer’s label on your package. I am so distressed by this mistake. I have contacted the post office online trying to stop the shipment and re-route it to you.

Your package is on its way to another one of my buyers along with her own separate purchase. I notified her. I notified Poshmark. I asked Poshmark to send her a label to forward the package. I will keep you appraised and hopefully 🙏 this will be resolved quickly. TY for your patience.

As soon as I received it I will then mail it to you. I will let you know every step of the way once I have it in my possession. Again I am so so sorry for all this confusion. @danielle_2232 ...letting you know I sent 4 communications to Poshmark asking if they sent my return label to the buyer who incorrectly received your Wristlet. The response received is that they “have reached out to the buyer.” The buyer responded the package was being returned. I feel it should have arrived by now. but giving it two more days.
