@4times711 I’m in rural NS so no Tiffany here, sadly. This is my first purchase from PM and I don’t know the process…do you just credit me back the repair amount? It’s clean as anything, just the clasp was stiff and the little piece that keeps the circle of the clasp closed fell out. I can’t wear it :(
