upcyclechicshop I received notification that the item you received from me was damaged. I purchased this item and sold it to you not realizing it was damaged either. I have contacted Poshmark support to see if we can return and reimburse you. I will let you know what I find out from them. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and apologize. I truly did not know the item had a hole in it or I would not have sold it to you. Please let me know if I can help in any other way. Thank you for your honesty

upcyclechicshop @gayeheotis1 I checked my email this morning and still haven't heard from Posh admin. I understand it may take them a few days though. I so want to make this right if I can. upcyclechicshop @gayeheotis1 I am sorry I am just getting back with you; I had a baby last week so my life was a little chaotic. I did receive an email from Poshmark stating that a case would have to be opened by the buyer rather than the seller if there was a problem with the order. I am not sure if you can open a case after you have accepted the item but feel free to pursue this if you would like.
