kristen_eileen Hi Gina! I am so sorry you were disappointed with the Shep shirt. I do find that with vineyard vines once you wash and tumble dry them (and I did after the one time I wore it) they don’t have the ‘crisp’ NWT look anymore. I want to do better though! Would you suggest mentioning this in the description in future? Or do you think adding more photos might help? Again, I am very sorry!

gigidoll74 @kristen_eileen - thanks for reaching out. Thanks for the explanation - that makes sense. I asked customer support to change the star rating (not sure if that’s possible). I get that it may have had a broken in look to begin with - I guess I just expected it to look newer, so maybe describing it that way would have been helpful.

gigidoll74 @amandaparker83 no worries, can’t wait to get them but the postal service has been awful. One thing I ordered was lost altogether and a couple things I’ve sent/sold are still in limbo and it’s been weeks.
